最近,我连续看到几个中级人民法院出的布告上有错别字。其中有四张布告都有多处把“刺”字误为“刺”字;另一张布告把“聚丙乙烯”的“烯”字误为“稀”;还有一张把“执行枪决”误为“执行抢决”,等到印刷后才发觉,虽然在“抢”字的提手旁上加上一点勉强凑合,但浪费了时间、人力,布告贴出去又不雅观,让人看了感到不严肃。 我认为,布告上出错别字,不仅有损法律文书的严肃性,亦有损司法机关在人民群众中的声望。为此,我们应当认真做好各种法律文书的校对工作,谨防差错。 Recently, I have continuously noticed typos in several notices issued by mid-level people’s courts.
