1 前言我公司尿素生产采用喷头造粒 ,由于造粒机结构上的特点 ,以及在生产中受温度的影响 ,有时出现堵喷头 ,而溢流且一般在故障出现后几个小时才被发现。 1 999~ 2 0 0 0年曾出现 3次较严重的溢流故障 ,每次故障都超过 3小时 ,总共约 60吨尿素外流 ,造成相当大的经济损失。
1 Introduction The production of urea in our company is granulated using nozzles. Due to the structural features of the granulator and the temperature dependence in production, plug nozzles sometimes appear and the overflow usually occurs only a few hours after the failure occurs. From 1999 to 2000, three more severe overflow faults occurred, each of which exceeded 3 hours, resulting in about 60 tons of urea outflow, resulting in considerable economic losses.
