本文以原始佛教的理论核心“缘起论”和“人生是苦”的人生观为理论基础,建立现代管理学领域的人性假设——“缘起人”假设,并将其与西方管理学史上的具有代表性的“经济人”假设、“社会人”假设、“自我实现人”假设进行比较研究。以“缘起人”假设的理论视角对西方管理学上的主流人性假设进行阐释,由此为“引佛法入管理”提供一种可能性的证明,为当代组织管理对佛教思想的借鉴起到示范与启发作用。
Based on the theoretical core of the original Buddhism, the theory of origin and the concept of life is bitter, this paper establishes the hypothesis of human nature in the field of modern management - A comparative study on the hypothesis of “economic man ”, “social man ” and “self-actualizing man ” in the history of western management is made.
