如何提高医院资金使用效率,加速资金周转,其关键之一在于如何及时反映在院病人费用情况,更好地控制病人欠费,减少不必要的资金占用。为解决这一问题,我院在病员管理科实施微机网络管理,将病人记帐、结帐及报表的统计汇入计算机进行数据处理,极大地提高了工作效率。 经过多年的探索和实践,我院于1996年正式运用微机网络系统管理病人费用。计算机网络建立之初,即考虑其将来以此为基点的网络系统扩充问题,使各有关部门共享信息。基于此点,我院的网络设计充分考虑到可扩充性。操作系统选用NET.MARE3.12,总服务器选用HP/100LH,远程通讯系统介质采用100M室外光纤系统,从而保证准确地记录、汇总和传送数据。
One of the keys to how to increase the efficiency of the use of hospital funds and accelerate the turnover of funds is how to timely reflect the patient’s expenses, better control of patient arrears, and reduce unnecessary capital occupation. In order to solve this problem, our hospital implemented computer network management in the patient management department to import patient accounting, billing and reporting statistics into computer for data processing, which greatly improved work efficiency. After years of exploration and practice, our hospital formally used the computer network system to manage patient expenses in 1996. At the beginning of the establishment of the computer network, that is, considering the expansion of the network system based on this in the future, the relevant departments will share information. Based on this, our network design fully considers scalability. The operating system uses NET.MARE 3.12, the total server uses HP/100LH, and the remote communication system medium uses 100M outdoor fiber optic system to ensure accurate recording, aggregation, and transmission of data.
