针对轴流式通风机的叶片设计,采用叶栅法完成风机叶片的设计计算。为了保证叶片运行的可靠性和安全性,采用有限元仿真方法完成叶片失效分析,分析表明叶片失效部位位于内应力最大的叶根区域。风机叶片的叶栅设计方法和失效分析方法为高性能和高稳定性叶片的设计和强度校核提供了准确依据,提高了设计的可靠性,具有重要的参考价值。
Aimed at the design of axial fan blades, the blade method is used to design and calculate the fan blades. In order to ensure the reliability and safety of blade operation, the finite element simulation method is used to analyze the failure of the blade, and the analysis shows that the blade failure part is located in the root zone with the maximum internal stress. The blade design method and failure analysis method of fan blade provide an accurate basis for the design and strength verification of high performance and high stability blades and improve the reliability of the design and have important reference value.
