前言就一般金属挤压加工来说,挤压筒里的坯料是靠挤压杆直接在其端面上加压并使其从挤压筒一端的挤压模中挤出。至于静液压挤压加工,则挤压杆不直接作用在坯料上,而是通过与坯料一起放入挤压筒的压力介质,把挤压力传到坯料上进行挤压加工。由于坯料与挤压杆之间存在压缩性的介质,因此坯料运动与挤压杆运动不完全相同。迄今虽然对静液压挤压中的动态特性进行了分析,但很难说阐明了坯料
