目的:探讨职业噪声暴露对心血管系统的影响,为分析职业噪声暴露与心血管疾病的相互关系提供职业流行病学资料。方法:选择某企业工人135例为研究对象,采用水银柱血压计进行坐位血压测量,采用心电图机进行12导联心电图检查,采用全自动生化分析仪进行TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、GLU检测。结果:噪声暴露组工人心电图异常率、高血压患病率、血脂异常率、血糖异常率均高于对照组,其中心电图异常率、高血压患病率、血脂异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:职业噪声暴露可能引起心血管系统疾病的发生。
Objectives: To investigate the effects of occupational noise exposure on the cardiovascular system and to provide occupational epidemiological data for the analysis of the relationship between occupational noise exposure and cardiovascular disease. Methods: 135 workers in a certain enterprise were chosen as the research object. The blood pressure was measured by mercury sphygmomanometer. The 12-lead electrocardiogram was detected by electrocardiogram. The contents of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C , GLU test. Results: The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram, the prevalence of hypertension, the rate of dyslipidemia and the rate of abnormal blood glucose in workers exposed to noise were higher than those in the control group, and there were significant differences in ECG abnormalities, prevalence of hypertension and dyslipidemia (P <0.05). Conclusion: Occupational noise exposure may cause cardiovascular system diseases.
