本文详细地分析了水垫塘内淹没冲击射流的基本特征，针对不同性质的流动区域，首次提出采用不同的岩块起动判别条件．
In this paper, the basic characteristics of submerged impinging jets in a plunge pool are analyzed in detail. For different flow regimes, different conditions of rock start determination are proposed for the first time.
