目的:探索左归丸对AD模型大鼠SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。方法:用三氯化铝和D-单乳糖复制老年性痴呆模型大鼠,随机分为模型组、西药组、左归丸低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,建立空白对照组;检测大鼠线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与模型组比较,左归丸高剂量组SOD活性显著升高而MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:左归丸能有效提高AD模型大鼠脑组织SOD的活性,降低MDA含量。
Objective: To explore Zuo Gui Pill on AD model rats SOD activity and MDA content. Methods: Alzheimer’s disease rats were induced by aluminum trichloride and D-mono-lactose and randomly divided into model group, western medicine group, Zuogui pill low-dose group, medium dose group and high-dose group. The blank control group was established. The activity of mitochondrial superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats. Results: Compared with the model group, the SOD activity of Zuoguiwan high dose group was significantly increased and MDA content was significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Zuogui pill can effectively improve the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in AD model rats.
