直流无刷电机(Brushless Direct Current Motor,BLDCM)控制是电机控制中的重要问题之一,将一种模糊PID控制器用于直流无刷电机BLDCM控制,PD型模糊控制器的输出信号作为模糊PID控制器积分环节的输入信号,利用模糊PID控制器能够自适应地调节PID控制参数的性能,实现对BLDCM控制系统运行控制。仿真实验结果表明,与一般PID控制器相比,模糊PID控制器控制下的BLDCM电磁转矩输出脉动幅值较小,转矩信号变化稳定,系统输出电流波动频率降低。
Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDCM) control is one of the most important problems in motor control. A fuzzy PID controller is used for BLDCM control of BLDCM. The output signal of PD-type fuzzy controller is used as fuzzy PID control Integral part of the input signal, the use of fuzzy PID controller can adaptively adjust the performance of PID control parameters, to achieve control of the operation of the BLDCM control system. The simulation results show that compared with the general PID controller, the BLDCM electromagnetic torque output pulse amplitude under the control of the fuzzy PID controller is small, the torque signal changes steadily and the system output current fluctuation frequency decreases.
