以玫瑰孢链霉菌NTF206发酵生产达托霉素(1),考察了癸酸缓释颗粒对其产量的影响。采用正交试验设计优化了癸酸缓释颗粒配方,较优组合为癸酸10%,硬脂酸1.0%,聚乙二醇1.5%,琼脂粉1.2%。在此基础上优化癸酸缓释颗粒补加工艺为:初始补加时间36 h,每次补加浓度为4.8 ml/L,补加周期36 h,最终1效价达121.8 mg/L,比对照组提高了79%,补加次数比对照组减少了50%。
Drospitalomycin (1) was fermented by Streptomyces roseosporus NTF206, and the effect of decanoic acid sustained release granules on its yield was investigated. Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the formulation of decanoate sustained-release granules. The optimal combination was 10% of capric acid, 1.0% of stearic acid, 1.5% of polyethylene glycol and 1.2% of agar flour. On this basis, the decanoic acid sustained-release granules were further optimized as follows: the initial supplementation time was 36 h, the additional concentration was 4.8 ml / L for 36 h, and the final titer was 121.8 mg / L, The control group increased 79%, the number of supplements than the control group decreased by 50%.
