目的探讨脂肪因子CXCL5与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法将86例血糖调节正常者按体重指数(BMI)分为男性超重或肥胖组(A组,26例,BMI≥25)、女性超重或肥胖组(B组,17例,BMI≥25)、男性正常体重组(C组,23例,BMI<25)和女性正常体重组(D组,20例,BMI<25)。ELISA法测定血清CXCL5水平。结果 D组血清CXCL5水平明显高于C组(P<0.01);B组血清CXCL5水平显著高于A组(P<0.01);A组血清CXCL5水平显著高于C组(P<0.05)。男性血清CXCL5水平与BMI、腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈正相关(P<0.05),与胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)无明显相关性。多元线性回归提示WC、LDL-C是男性组血清CXCL5水平的独立影响因素。结论 CXCL5可能参与肥胖和脂代谢紊乱病理生理过程。
Objective To investigate the correlation between adiponectin CXCL5 and obesity and insulin resistance. Methods Eighty - six patients with normal blood glucose were divided into two groups based on body mass index (BMI): overweight or obese (A group, 26 cases, BMI≥25), female overweight or obesity group (B group, 17 cases, BMI≥25) Male normal weight group (C group, 23 cases, BMI <25) and female normal weight group (D group, 20 cases, BMI <25). Serum CXCL5 levels were measured by ELISA. Results The level of serum CXCL5 in group D was significantly higher than that in group C (P <0.01). The level of serum CXCL5 in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P <0.01). The level of serum CXCL5 in group A was significantly higher than that in group C (P <0.05). Serum levels of CXCL5 were positively correlated with BMI, WC, WHR, TC, LDL-C (P <0.05), but not with HOMA- IR) no significant correlation. Multivariate linear regression suggested that WC and LDL-C were independent influencing factors of serum CXCL5 level in males. Conclusion CXCL5 may be involved in the pathophysiological processes of obesity and lipid metabolism disorders.
