随着我国航空事业的不断发展,薄壁工件也不断增加。如筒型、碗型、碟型……若按常规工艺加工,在科研单位品种多,数量少,不适合冲压工艺加工。如果用车削加工,浪费材料、工时。通过向兄弟单位学习和我们反复的摸索试验,采用旋压工艺进行加工,几种尺寸、几种形状、几种材料的工件都达到了图纸设计要求(见照片、图表)。
