目的了解武汉市某社区居民对社区医疗服务的评价与需求。方法采取随机抽样的方法,选取武汉市武昌区水果湖张家湾小区常住居民作为调查对象,采用自制问卷以不记名方式进行面对面问卷调查。结果发放调查问卷50份,有效问卷回收率100.00%。其中居民“了解”何为社区医疗服务占48.00%。对社区卫生服务总体满意度达88.00%。家庭与社区医院距离1.5km以内占84.00%。居民了解医疗保健知识以报刊渠道为主占33.77%。64.00%的居民认为国家对社区医疗投入偏少。月收入2 000元以内的居民与月收入“2 000~5 000元”的居民对每月200元以下(χ~2=14.918,P<0.05)及每月200元以上(χ~2=6.061,P<0.05)医疗费用的接受率均具有显著性差异。结论社区居民对社区医疗服务的了解程度一般,满意度相对较高,居民与社区医院距离较近,就医可及性较好,居民月收入与居民月医疗费用接受程度具有显著关联性。国家应进一步提高社区医疗服务知识知晓率,根据居民收入制定适宜的医保政策。
Objective To understand the evaluation and demand of community medical service in a certain community in Wuhan. Methods A random sampling method was used to select the permanent residents in Zhangjiawan district of Guohuohu Lake in Wuchang District of Wuhan as the research object. The questionnaire was conducted by face-to-face questionnaire using self-made questionnaire. Results The questionnaire was distributed 50 copies, the effective questionnaire recovery rate 100.00%. Which residents “understand” what is community medical services accounted for 48.00%. Overall satisfaction with community health services reached 88.00%. Family and community hospitals within 1.5km distance accounted for 84.00%. Residents to understand the health care knowledge to newspaper channels accounted for 33.77%. 64.00% of residents think that the state pays less for community health care. Residents with monthly income of less than 2 000 yuan and monthly income of “2 000 ~ 5 000 yuan” were less than 200 yuan per month (χ ~ 2 = 14.918, P <0.05) and more than 200 yuan per month = 6.061, P <0.05) There was a significant difference in the acceptance rate of medical expenses. Conclusion Community residents have a general understanding of community medical services, with relatively high satisfaction, residents with relatively close distance to community hospitals and better access to medical services. The monthly income of residents and residents’ acceptance of monthly medical expenses are significantly correlated. The state should further raise the awareness rate of community medical service knowledge and formulate appropriate medical insurance policies based on the income of residents.
