目的依托信息系统平台完善门诊号源管理。方法于2012年2月6日-10日在已开展预约挂号方式基础上,再次对门诊各窗口就诊患者人流量现状进行调研,寻找门诊服务流程中的弊端,并采取一系列改进措施规范其管理,尤其是号源管理。结果经一系列改进,各窗口排队现象明显改善,候诊区人流拥挤程度有一定改善,患者满意度由原来的91%上升到现在93%。结论通过信息系统平台规范门诊号源及患者就医行为有较好的效果,值得推广。 Objective To improve outpatient source management based on information system platform. Methods From February 6 to February 10, 2012, based on the pre-registration method, the status of outpatients in each outpatient window was surveyed again to find the shortcomings in outpatient service flow and a series of improvement measures were adopted to regulate its management , Especially source management. Results After a series of improvements, the queue queuing in each window was significantly improved. The degree of crowding in the waiting area was somewhat improved, and patient satisfaction rose from 91% to 93% now. Conclusion It is worth promoting that regulate the outpatient source and patient’s medical treatment behavior through information system platform.
