建立了反相高效液相色谱测定白藜芦醇的方法,采用Ultimate-C18色谱柱,以乙腈∶水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长306nm,采用外标法进行定量。结果为白藜芦醇在1.22×10-5—0.1g.L-1的范围内线性关系良好,检出限为3.6×10-7g.L-1。所建立的方法具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、线性范围宽和重现性好的优点。应用此方法测定了花生红衣中白藜芦醇的含量。
A method for the determination of resveratrol by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was established. The column was on Ultimate-C18 with acetonitrile: water (30:70) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- External standard method for quantitative. The results showed that resveratrol had good linearity in the range of 1.22 × 10-5-0.1g.L-1 with a detection limit of 3.6 × 10-7g.L-1. The established method has the advantages of fast analysis, high sensitivity, wide linear range and good reproducibility. This method was used to determine the content of resveratrol in peanut red.
