一天变“三天”苏联著名地理学家奥勃鲁契夫把每个工作日分成“三天”。“第一天”是从早晨到下午两点,他认为这是最宝贵的一段时间,用来安排重要的工作。“第二天”是下午两点至晚上六点,他认为这段时间适宜做比较轻松的工作,如写书评或记各种笔记等。“第三天”是从晚上六点到夜里十二点,用来参加会议、看书等。他说,把一天变成“三天”就等于把自己的生命延长了。天可补,海可填,南山可移。日月既往,不可复追。——曾国藩
