目的建立生活饮用水中21种元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法。方法以6Li、45Sc、74Ge、89Y、115In、159Tb、208Bi为内标,利用碰撞/反应池技术消除干扰,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对21种元素进行同时测定。结果该方法定量分析呈良好的线性关系,21种元素的线性相关系数(r)均>0.999 5。方法的检出限为0.000 4μg/L~0.670 0μg/L,定量限为0.001 4μg/L~2.220 0μg/L,定量限均低于GB/T 5750.8—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》中的最低检测质量浓度。各元素的加标回收率为93.8%~116.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.51%~3.08%。5种标准参考物质测定值均在标准值范围内。结论本方法快速、准确、简单,各项指标均满足检测要求,适用于生活饮用水中21种元素的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 21 elements in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods Using 6Li, 45Sc, 74Ge, 89Y, 115In, 159Tb and 208Bi as internal standards, the collision / reaction cell technique was used to eliminate the interference and the 21 elements were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results The method showed a good linear relationship with the quantitative analysis. The linear correlation coefficients (r) of the 21 elements were all> 0.999 5. The limits of detection were 0.000 4μg / L ~ 0.670 0μg / L and the limits of quantitation were 0.001 4μg / L ~ 2.220 0μg / L. The limits of quantification were all lower than those in GB / T 5750.8-2006 “Drinking Water Quality Standard” Detection of mass concentration. The spiked recoveries of various elements ranged from 93.8% to 116.5%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.51% to 3.08%. 5 kinds of standard reference substance measured values are in the standard value range. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and simple. All the indexes meet the test requirements and are suitable for the simultaneous determination of 21 elements in drinking water.
