“互联网+”的到来,使得组织间竞争更为激烈,并呈现出新的时代特征。在此背景下,一个组织如何适应时代新要求,做到“互联网+”下的管理经营模式转变,提升核心竞争力,已成为经济学、管理学、应用心理学等多学科研究的重点。本文在“互联网+”“核心竞争力”概念释义的基础上,进一步对组织核心竞争力与人力资源管理的辩证关系展开论述,在国际化、开放性、人文性等原则基础上展开新的管理工作,构建新时代组织核心竞争力。
With the advent of “Internet + ”, the competition between organizations has become more fierce and new characteristics of the times have emerged. In this context, how an organization can adapt to the new requirements of the times and achieve the transformation of the management and operation mode under “Internet +” to enhance its core competitiveness has become the focus of multidisciplinary research in economics, management science and applied psychology . Based on the definition of the concept of “Internet + ” “core competence ”, this paper further discusses the dialectical relationship between the core competitiveness of the organization and human resources management.
