时间和空间分辨发射光谱方法被用来研究短脉冲(5ns)激光烧蚀钛靶过程中产生的等离子体羽。通过测量其中钛原子和离子的发射光谱,计算了等离子体羽的膨胀速度,讨论了钛原子和一价离子密度的时间分布和时间演化以及激光参数的影响。
The time-and-space-resolved emission spectroscopy method was used to study the plasma plume generated during short pulse (5 ns) laser ablation of titanium targets. By measuring the emission spectra of titanium atoms and ions, the expansion velocity of plasma plume was calculated. The time distribution and time evolution of titanium atom and monovalent ion density and the influence of laser parameters were discussed.
