在推行高职思政课研究性教学过改革程中,往往存在以下几种困惑:学生会问研究性学习适合高职我们吗?教师会问研究性教学能确保思政课教学的政治性吗?管理者会问教师具备研究性教学能力吗?通过完善考核和激励机制,调动教师和学生的参与热情;制定相应的培训制度,提高教师和学生的研究能力;建设良好的研究环境,改善教师和学生的研究条件等措施可以深化思政课研究性教学改革。
In the process of carrying out the reform of research teaching of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges, there are often the following kinds of puzzles: Students ask whether research study is suitable for higher vocational school. Teachers ask whether research-oriented teaching can ensure politics of teaching ideological and political course? Managers will ask teachers to have research-based teaching ability? By improving the assessment and incentive mechanisms, to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students; to develop appropriate training system to improve the research capacity of teachers and students; to establish a good research environment and improve teachers and Students’ research conditions and other measures can deepen the reform of research teaching of ideological and political education.
