当前高职院校艺术设计类学生的教育,主要采用辅导员负责学生的日常行为管理与教育,任课教师负责在课堂上对学生技能知识的传授。学生课余时间的学习相对松散,缺少效率。针对学生职业规划特点配置专业导师能有效地提升学生的学习与就业能力。采取辅导员加专业导师的双导制培养模式,将为高职院校的人才培养提供一种新思路。 At present, the education of art design students in higher vocational colleges mainly uses the counselors to take charge of the students ’daily behavior management and education. The teacher in charge of class is responsible for imparting the knowledge of students’ skills in the classroom. Students in their spare time learning relatively loose, the lack of efficiency. The allocation of professional tutors to students’ career planning features can effectively enhance their learning and employability skills. Adopting the dual-guided training mode of counselors and professional tutors will provide a new way of thinking for talent training in higher vocational colleges.
