目的探讨链霉蛋白酶联合去泡剂在胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取2013年南方医科大学附属南海人民医院门诊或住院部需行胃镜检查的患者94例,随机分为3组,去泡剂组(A组)30例,链霉蛋白酶组(B组)31例,联合组(C组)33例。A组患者胃镜检查前15min仅给予去泡剂,B组患者胃镜检查前15min仅给予链霉蛋白酶,C组患者胃镜检查前15min予以链霉蛋白酶联合去泡剂。观察3组患者不良事件发生情况,胃不同部位可见度评分,内镜操作时间。结果 A组患者胃窦部、胃体下部、胃体上部、胃底的可见度评分高于B组,A组患者胃体上部与胃底的可见度评分高于C组,B组患者胃窦部、胃体下部、胃体上部、胃底的可见度评分高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者内镜操作时间与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和B组患者内镜操作时间长于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃镜检查时3组患者均未出现严重不良事件。结论链霉蛋白酶联合去泡剂在胃镜检查中的应用效果显著,可获得良好胃内可见度,缩短胃镜操作时间,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of streptavidin and defoamers in gastroscopy. Methods Ninety-four patients undergoing endoscopy or inpatient department of Nanhai People’s Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University in 2013 were randomly divided into three groups: 30 in the defoamer group (group A), 30 in the defoamer group (group B) Cases, combined group (C group) 33 cases. Patients in group A were given only defoaming agents 15 minutes before gastroscopy. Patients in group B were given only pronase 15 minutes before gastroscopy. Patients in group C were treated with streptavidin and defoamers 15 minutes before gastroscopy. The incidence of adverse events, visibility scores of different parts of the stomach and endoscopic operation time were observed in the three groups. Results In group A, the visibility of gastric antrum, lower part of gastric body, upper part of gastric body and gastric fundus was higher than that of group B. The visibility of upper part of stomach and fundus of group A was higher than that of group C, The lower part of the corpus, the upper part of the corpus and the fundus of the stomach were higher than those of the C group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in endoscopic operation time between group A and group B (P> 0.05). The endoscopic operation time in group A and group B was longer than that in group C, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). All patients in the gastroscopy did not have any serious adverse events. Conclusion The combination of streptavidin and defoamers has significant effect on gastroscopy. It can obtain good intragastric visibility, shorten the time of gastroscope operation and has good safety.
