公仆型领导把员工利益放在首位。文章对西方公仆型领导的内涵、测量及其有效性的相关文献进行梳理,以澄清三个问题:公仆型领导是什么,公仆型领导怎么测量,公仆型领导是否有效。文章最后指出了以往研究所存在的问题及未来的研究方向。
The servant leadership puts employee benefits first. The article sorts out the connotation, measurement and validity of the Western servant leadership to clarify three issues: what is the servant leadership, how the servant leadership measures, and whether the servant leadership is effective. Finally, the article points out the problems existing in the past research and future research directions.
