维拉帕米1mg/kg能减轻30%总体表面积Ⅲ°烫伤大鼠的溶血程度。烫伤大鼠的红细胞脆性及异形率增加。维拉帕米对此均有明显的抑制作用,并能降低血清中丙醛含量,提高血中超氧化物歧化酶的活性。维拉帕米能显著抑制血清中磷脂酶A2的激活。结果提示:维拉帕米减轻大鼠烫伤后的溶血程度与其抑制氧自由基生成和降低磷脂酶A2的活性有关。
Verapamil 1 mg / kg reduces hemolytic levels in rats exposed to 30% total surface area III burns. Red blood cells of scalded rats increased brittleness and abnormal rate. Verapamil have obvious inhibitory effect on this, and can reduce serum propionate content, increase blood superoxide dismutase activity. Verapamil significantly inhibited serum phospholipase A2 activation. The results suggest that verapamil may reduce the degree of hemolysis after scald in rats and restrain the generation of oxygen free radicals and decrease the activity of phospholipase A2.
