水电工程施工中遭遇富含硫酸盐的岩石是一棘手问题,而在巴西伊拉佩(Irapé)工程中这一问题相当严重。介绍了伊拉佩项目复杂地下工程的主要特征、特殊混凝土保护措施的研发和实施情况,特别是由硫化物矿物质所带来的挑战。研究表明,双组分刚性、环氧树酯薄膜和单组分柔性聚氨酯薄膜都可用作混凝土结构抗酸和硫酸盐侵蚀的保护涂层。
Encountering sulphate-rich rock during hydropower construction is a thorny issue, which is a serious problem in the Irapé project in Brazil. The main features of the complex underground works at the Irape project are introduced, the development and implementation of special concrete protection measures, especially the challenges posed by sulphide minerals. Studies have shown that two-component rigid, epoxy films and one-component flexible polyurethane films can be used as protective coatings against acid and sulfate attacks on concrete structures.
