一前言自从1949年开始应用皮质类固醇激素(以下简称激素)以来,激素虽有显著药理作用和治疗效果,但也有严重的副作用和合并症,近年来激素在临床应用中的眼部合并症报道增多,因滥用激素致视功能严重损害者也屡见不鲜。因此,为引起临床各科医师尤其是眼科医师对激素眼部合并症的高度重视,正确合理使用激素,特综合国内外文献,以供参考。二、眼部合并症 1.激素性白内障 Oglesby等首先报道可的松引起的白内障。临床上治疗类风湿性关节炎或支气管哮喘等疾病而长期服用强的松的患者,75％以上可产生白内障。
