为了实现SD16型推土机变速箱运行状态的快速诊断,利用激光粒度分析方法对变速箱润滑油中的磨粒数量和尺寸进行监测,得到不同时刻润滑油中磨粒的粒径分布,并依此判断变速箱的工作状态;研究油液中最大和最小磨粒的增长规律,以判断设备异常磨损时刻,并实现对设备进行及时维修保养。结果表明,激光粒度分析法能够快速有效地监测出油液中磨粒的粒径分布,并可为判断推土机变速箱运行状态提供依据,从而有效预防设备故障发生。
In order to realize the quick diagnosis of the operation state of SD16 bulldozer gearbox, the size and particle size of abrasive particles in the gearbox oil were monitored by laser particle size analysis, and the particle size distribution of the abrasive particles in lubricating oil was obtained at different times Gearbox work status; study the growth of the largest and smallest particles in the oil law to determine the abnormal wear and tear equipment, and to achieve timely maintenance of equipment. The results show that the laser particle size analysis method can monitor the particle size distribution of oil particles quickly and effectively and provide the basis for judging the operation state of bulldozer gearbox so as to effectively prevent equipment failure.
