针对海底金属矿开采过程中采场留设点柱的稳定性问题,采用损伤统计本构理论,在西原模型的基础上提出一种参数获取相对简单的三维非线性蠕变损伤模型,并给出由稳态蠕变向加速蠕变过渡的判定方法。利用ANASYS数值软件分析了三山岛金矿新立矿区海底点柱式充填采矿法矿房的应力分布,并应用三维非线性蠕变损伤模型对点柱稳定性进行了黏弹塑性损伤分析和渗流分析。该模型充分考虑了岩石的基本力学参数和工程地质调查结果,可推广至其他流变物理模型,对于大型岩土工程的蠕变渗流分析具有较强的适应性。
Aiming at the problem of the stability of the point column left in the stope during the mining of seafloor metal ore, a three-dimensional nonlinear creep damage model with relatively simple parameters was proposed based on the original model of damage detection theory. Judging method from steady creep to accelerated creep transition. ANASYS numerical software was used to analyze the stress distribution in the mining point of the seafloor point-fill method in the Xinliu mining area, Sanshandao gold deposit. The three-dimensional nonlinear creep damage model was used to analyze the viscoelasto-plastic damage and seepage analysis . The model fully considers the basic mechanical parameters of rocks and the results of engineering geological survey, and can be generalized to other rheological physical models. It has strong adaptability to large-scale geotechnical creep seepage analysis.
