Nicorandil(SG-75)化学名为N-(2-羟乙基)菸酰胺硝酸酯,是一种新的口服抗心绞痛药。本文研究了SG-75在大鼠体内降低全身血压(SBP)的作用,并与硝酸异山梨醇酯和硝酸甘油作了比较。实验采用戊巴比妥麻醉大鼠,给药方式有颈静脉注射、肝门静脉注射、空肠内给药、腹腔内给药和皮下给药。实验结果显示,不论通过何种给药途径SG-75均可被迅速吸收,并产生与剂量相关的降压作用。与硝酸异山梨醇酯和硝酸甘油相比,SG-75的不同点在于肝门静脉给药时引起血
Nicorandil (SG-75) chemical name N- (2-hydroxyethyl) nicotinamide nitrate, is a new oral anti-anginal drug. This article investigates the effect of SG-75 on lowering systemic blood pressure (SBP) in rats compared with isosorbide dinitrate and nitroglycerin. Rats were anesthetized with pentobarbital in the experiment. The administration modes included jugular vein injection, hepatic portal vein injection, jejunal administration, intraperitoneal administration and subcutaneous administration. The experimental results show that SG-75 can be quickly absorbed by any route of administration and result in dose-dependent antihypertensive effects. SG-75 differs from isosorbide dinitrate and nitroglycerin in the point that blood is induced in the hepatic portal vein
