本文通过对四川大学锦城学院体育课中女生足球课现状的研究,分析学生通过锻炼后,身体素质的差异,心理特点的变化,存在的问题,为普通高校开设女生足球课提供一些可行性依据。
Based on the research on the present situation of girls’ soccer lessons in physical education class of Jincheng University in Sichuan University, this paper analyzes the differences of students’ physical fitness, psychological characteristics and existing problems after physical exercise so as to provide some feasible basis for the opening of girls’ soccer lessons in colleges and universities. .
