目的比较初发和复发生殖器疱疹患者NK、LAK细胞活性和T细胞亚群的变化,探讨免疫功能与生殖器疱疹初发及复发之间的关系。方法对复发组、初发组的患者及正常对照组人群,检测NK和LAK细胞活性和T细胞亚群。结果初发组和复发组的NK活性比正常组分别降低了28.2%和27.6%,经统计学处理有显著性或极显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);与初发组比较,复发组的NK活性降低了31.3%(P<0.05)。LAK细胞活性,初发组和复发组比正常组分别降低了50.7%和45.9%,具显著或极显著统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);与初发组比较,复发组降低了25.3%(P<0.05)。初发组和复发组的CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+均与正常组有显著性或极显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),但3组间CD3+无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与初发组与复发组之间的CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论生殖器疱疹患者免疫功能与生殖器疱疹初作及复发之间有明确的关系,可为临床病情判断及治疗提供一个监测指标。
Objective To compare the changes of NK and LAK cell activity and T cell subsets in patients with recurrent genital herpes and recurrent recurrent genital herpes, and to explore the relationship between immune function and initial and recurrence of genital herpes. Methods The NK cell activity and LAK cell activity and the T cell subsets were determined in patients with relapsed or newly diagnosed and normal controls. Results The NK activity in primary and recurrent group decreased by 28.2% and 27.6% respectively compared with that in normal group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Compared with initial group, NK activity in the recurrent group decreased by 31.3% (P <0.05). LAK cell activity in primary and recurrent group decreased 50.7% and 45.9% respectively compared with normal group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) 25.3% (P <0.05). The CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + of the primary and recurrent group were significantly or very significantly different from the normal group (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05) . There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + between primary group and recurrent group. Conclusion There is a clear relationship between the immune function of genital herpes patients and the first and recurrence of genital herpes, which can provide a monitoring indicator for clinical judgment and treatment.
