目的:了解邢台地区嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的来源、临床分布及耐药现状。方法:以API 20NE鉴定系统和VITEK鉴定系统进行鉴定,以K-B法进行药敏试验。结果:邢台地区嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌以痰标本中所占比例最高,其后依次为咽拭子伤口分泌物、尿液和血液。结论:嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌以呼吸系统感染为主,在大量使用抗菌药的病区及手术频繁科室感染最为常见,多重耐药状况严重,应重视监测药敏试验结果,加大监控力度。
Objective: To understand the source, clinical distribution and drug resistance status of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in Xingtai area. Methods: API 20NE identification system and VITEK identification system for identification, K-B method for susceptibility testing. Results: Stenotrophomonas maltophilia accounted for the highest proportion of sputum specimens in Xingtai area, followed by throat swab wound secretions, urine and blood. CONCLUSIONS: Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is the most common respiratory infection in the wards and frequent surgical departments. It is important to monitor the drug susceptibility test results and increase the surveillance intensity .
