对纳米氧化铝/环氧树脂/6904体系性能进行了研究,考察了不同纳米氧化铝用量对复合体系力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察纳米氧化铝/环氧树脂复合材料的断面形貌。结果表明:纳米氧化铝的加入量为5phr时力学性能相对最高,相对纯环氧树脂25℃、100℃、200℃剪切强度分别增加22.95%、27.63%和74.21%,弯曲强度和拉伸强度分别提高59.38%和63.65%,弯曲挠度和伸长率分别提高76%和4.14%。扫面电镜结果表明,少量的纳米氧化铝可以较好地分散在环氧树脂中,一定量的纳米氧化铝的加入可以提高环氧树脂的韧性。
The properties of nano-alumina / epoxy resin / 6904 system were investigated. The effects of nano-alumina dosage on the mechanical properties of nano-alumina / epoxy composites were investigated. The cross-sectional morphology of nano-alumina / epoxy composites was observed by SEM. The results show that the mechanical properties of nano-alumina are the highest when the amount of nano-alumina is 5phr. Compared with pure epoxy resin, the shear strength increases by 22.95%, 27.63% and 74.21% respectively at 25 ℃, 100 ℃ and 200 ℃, flexural strength and tensile strength Increased by 59.38% and 63.65% respectively, the bending deflection and elongation increased by 76% and 4.14% respectively. Scanning electron microscopy results show that a small amount of nano-alumina can be well dispersed in the epoxy resin, a certain amount of nano-alumina can increase the toughness of the epoxy resin.
