目的 :探讨电生理检测在勃起功能障碍鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 :对 30例神经性勃起功能障碍(ED) (神经组 )和心理性ED(心因组 )患者进行球海绵体肌反射 (BCR) ,坐骨海绵体肌反射 (ICR) ,阴茎背神经体感诱发电位 (SSEP)的潜伏期、波幅的检测 ,并与正常对照组 (对照组 )进行比较。结果 :三组BCR ,ICR ,SSEP潜伏期比较差异存在显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,神经组较心因组、对照组BCR、ICR潜伏期明显延长 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :BCR ,ICR ,SSEP对鉴别神经性ED具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of electrophysiological detection in the differential diagnosis of erectile dysfunction. Methods: Thirty patients with neurogenic erectile dysfunction (ED) (group of nerves) and psychological ED (group of patients with psychosis) underwent hemoglobinuria (BCR), intracranial muscle remission (ICR) The latency and amplitude of evoked potential (SSEP) were detected and compared with the normal control group (control group). Results: There was significant difference in latency of BCR, ICR and SSEP between the three groups (P <0.05). The latent period of BCR and ICR in nerve group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: BCR, ICR and SSEP have certain diagnostic value in discriminating neurogenic ED.
