每年农历正月初一,是我国最盛大、最热闹的传统佳节——春节。它不仅是汉族最隆重的节日,也是我国各少数民族共同欢庆的佳节。早在汉代,便确定了正月为岁首,初一为新年;过新年的习俗一直流传至今。节日活动一般从除夕开始,也有的在农历十二月二十三(俗称“小年”)就开始节日欢庆活动,一直延续到正月十五。在清代,我国民间就流传着“二十三,糖瓜粘;二十四,扫房日;二十五,做豆腐;二十六,去宰牛;二十七,杀年鸡;
