通过工况分析,认为造成篦条寿命降低的主要原因是篦条材质选用和篦条端部支撑结构不合理。改进措施实施前后的现场对比结果显示,铁素体耐热钢和铺底料工艺相结合,能够使篦条的实际使用寿命超过2年。
Through the analysis of operating conditions, it is considered that the main reason for the decrease of grate life is that the grate bar material selection and the grate end support structure are not reasonable. The results of on-site comparison before and after the improvement measures show that the combination of ferritic heat-resisting steel and the primer process can make the actual service life of the grate bar exceed 2 years.
