根据济钢厚板3#步进加热炉控制系统的特点,结合传热理论,开发出集信号检测技术、自动化PLC技术、计算机网络通讯技术、数学模型技术、应用软件接口技术及数据库存储技术于一体的加热炉在线三维温度场的数值模拟系统,实现了铸坯在加热炉内的动态跟踪及动态温度分布,解决了钢坯温度不能在线检测的难题,实际运行结果表明,经济效益显著。
According to the characteristics of 3 # stepping furnace control system of Jinan Iron and Steel Plate, combined with heat transfer theory, developed a set of signal detection technology, automation PLC technology, computer network communication technology, mathematical modeling technology, application software interface technology and database storage technology in Which can realize the dynamic tracking and dynamic temperature distribution of the slab in the heating furnace and solve the problem that the slab temperature can not be detected online. The actual operation results show that the economic benefits are remarkable.
