目的:评估门静脉支架置放结合外照射对肝功能及门静脉的影响程度。方法:将10头家猪随机分为A、B两组。A组5头,为门静脉支架结合外照射组(实验组);B组5头,为单纯外照射组(对照组)。A组先行放置门静脉金属内支架,1周后开始对门静脉行外照射。B组直接行外照射。两组外照射方法均为每周1次,每次5Gy,连续3次。第3次外照射4周后处死,取出门静脉标本和照射区域、非照射区域的肝组织标本。对门静脉行大体和光镜、电镜下病理检查。对肝组织标本行大体和光镜下病理检查。A组在置放支架前和处死动物前、B组在外照射前及处死动物前分别抽静脉血检查血清总胆红素、直接胆红素和丙氨酸氨基转氨酶。结果:实验组和对照组动物的门静脉和照射区域的肝组织的病理变化均无显著差异,两组动物的肝功能数值无显著差异。结论:门静脉支架结合外照射对肝脏及门静脉的损伤并不大于单纯外照射。
Objective: To evaluate the influence of portal vein stent placement and external irradiation on liver function and portal vein. Methods: 10 domestic pigs were randomly divided into A and B groups. A group of 5, the portal vein stent combined with external irradiation group (experimental group); B group 5, as a simple external irradiation group (control group). Group A placed the first portal metal stent, one week later began to outside the portal vein irradiation. Group B direct external irradiation. Two groups of external irradiation methods are once a week, each 5Gy, 3 times in a row. The third external irradiation was sacrificed after 4 weeks and the portal vein samples and the liver tissue samples from the irradiated and non-irradiated areas were removed. The main line of the portal vein and light microscopy, electron microscopy. Liver tissue specimens underwent gross and light microscopy pathological examination. Group A before stent placement and before the animals were sacrificed, group B before ventricular irradiation and animals were sacrificed before taking venous blood for serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase. Results: There was no significant difference in the pathological changes of the liver between the experimental group and the control group in the portal vein and irradiated area. There was no significant difference in the liver function between the two groups. Conclusion: The portal vein stent combined with external irradiation on the liver and portal vein injury is not greater than simple external irradiation.
