在中学体育教学中,中长跑能比较全面地锻炼人体各器官,同时也能综合反映出学生的各项身体素质。但是中长跑是一项比较难教的项目,其难处在于动作单调、枯燥乏味,学生不愿学。再者,长跑运动负荷大,学生在练习中难以克服“极点”的出现。通过多年的教学实践,我总结出以下教学方法,并取得了良好的效果。一、思想教育和心理减负应走在最前面现在的中学生绝大多数是独生子女,他们是父母的宝贝、家庭的宠儿,缺乏吃苦耐劳精神。而中长跑训练本身较为艰苦,需要有顽强的意志和吃苦耐劳的精神才能
