“教研”是“教学研究”的简称,教研活动是指有目的、有计划地组织教师按照一定的程序对具体课题的教学实践进行研究的形式。为有效提升攀登英语教研活动的实效,我们从区情出发,积极开展基于“结对”活动创新区域教研模式的实践研究,从交互式的教研层级网络建设入手,突出教研文化的价值取向,推进以结对活动为基础的教研模式研究,完善与创新了教研工作的机制,对深入推进攀登英语实验研究起到了有力的推动作用。
“Teaching and Research ” is the abbreviation of “Teaching Research ”, teaching and research activities refer to the form of studying the teaching practice of a specific subject with the purpose and systematically organizing teachers according to certain procedures. In order to effectively promote the effectiveness of Climbing English teaching and research activities, we started from the perspective of the situation and actively carried out practical research on innovative regional teaching and research mode based on “matching activities ”. Starting from the interactive teaching and research level network construction, we highlighted the value orientation of teaching and research culture, The research on teaching and research mode based on twinning activities has been promoted, and the mechanism of teaching and research work has been perfected and innovated.
