[目的]探索比较不同系列灵芝产品中腺苷的含量。[方法]采用HPLC-PDA法测定灵芝中腺苷的含量,以0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液∶甲醇=90∶10(V/V)为流动相,Ultimate AQ-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,260nm检测波长。[结果]水提灵芝精粉中的腺苷含量达0.2496%;醇提灵芝精粉腺苷含量0.1605%;破壁灵芝孢子粉和未破壁灵芝孢子粉的腺苷含量相当,分别为0.0139%和0.0134%;灵芝菌粉中的腺苷含量为0.0084%。[结论]腺苷作为灵芝的重要功效成分之一,进行保健食品申报是可行的;把腺苷作为人工培植灵芝的质量控制标准之一也完全可行。
[Objective] To explore and compare the content of adenosine in different series of Ganoderma lucidum products. [Method] The content of adenosine in Ganoderma lucidum was determined by HPLC-PDA method. The mobile phase was 0.01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution: methanol = 90:10 (V/V). Ultimate AQ-C18 (4.6mm×250mm) , 5μm) column, 260nm detection wavelength. [Results] The content of adenosine in water extract Ganoderma lucidum powder reached 0.2496%, the content of adenosine in Ganoderma lucidum extract powder was 0.1605%, and the adenosine content of broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and unbroken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder was equivalent, which was 0.0139% respectively. And 0.0134%; Ganoderma lucidum in the adenosine content of 0.0084%. [Conclusion] As one of the important functional components of Ganoderma lucidum, adenosine is feasible to declare health food. It is also feasible to use adenosine as one of the quality control standards for artificially cultivated Ganoderma lucidum.
