RNA干扰是通过小干扰RNA(siRNA)使同源靶基因发生表达沉默的过程。HCV RNA复制子对于评价抗HCV制剂的作用有着重要意义。本文通过HCV-Conl(全长的1b基因型复制子)及HCV-C/LB(Conl及LB分离株的嵌合性1b基因型复制子)两种复制子系统,旨在研究siRNA能否使细胞质中HCV RNA复制子的表达发生沉默。
RNA interference is the process of silencing a cognate target gene by small interfering RNA (siRNA). HCV RNA replicons are of great importance for evaluating the effect of anti-HCV agents. In this paper, two replicon systems of HCV-Conl (full-length 1b genotype replicon) and HCV-C / LB (chimeric 1b genotype replicon of Conl and LB isolates) Silencing of HCV RNA replicon expression in the cytoplasm.
