目的对本地某高校一起商售食品污染肠炎沙门菌引起的食物中毒进行病原检测和溯源分析。方法事件调查中采集的标本以BAX system Q7进行快速筛查后按照GB4789等标准方法进行致病菌检测和鉴定;沙门菌分离株以脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis,PFGE)分型后进行同源性分析。结果事件调查中采集患者、食品制作人员和相关食品标本19份,首批患者标本在快速筛查中提示为沙门菌阳性;10份患者标本中检出5株肠炎沙门菌和6株O4群沙门菌(彻斯特沙门菌和圣保罗沙门菌),三明治和面包皮标本检出2株肠炎沙门菌;PFGE分型显示,7株肠炎沙门菌的电泳带型完全相同,而6株O4群沙门菌的相似度也为100%。结论这是一起由不同血清型沙门菌混合感染引起的食物中毒,与污染的三明治密切相关;脉冲场凝胶电泳技术适用于突发公共卫生事件病原的准确溯源。
Objective To carry out the pathogen detection and traceability analysis of the food poisoning caused by the food contaminated Salmonella enteritidis in a local university. Pathogenic bacteria were detected and identified according to standard methods such as GB4789 after rapid screening using BAX system Q7. Salmonella isolates were identified by Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) After homology analysis. Results 19 cases of patients, food producers and related food samples were collected during the incident investigation. The first batch of patients were positive for Salmonella in rapid screening. Five strains of Salmonella enteritidis and six strains of O4 salmonella were detected in 10 samples of patients Two Salmonella enteritidis strains were detected in Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella São Paulo, and Salmonella enteritidis was detected by PFGE typing. The seven Salmonella enteritidis bands were identical, The similarity is also 100%. Conclusions This is a food poisoning caused by mixed infection of different serotypes of Salmonella, which is closely related to the contaminated sandwich. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis is suitable for accurate traceability of public health emergencies.
