为了进一步加强重点丁程建设项目的监督管理,有效从源头上预防和治理工程建设中的腐败行为,在重点工程建设项目实施派驻督察制度,确保重点工程建设项目的顺利实施.我们认为,实施派驻督察制度要牢牢把握关键部位和薄弱环节,找准切人点和着力点,主动作为,融入过程,充分发挥派驻督察员的监督作用,切实提高干部队伍的廉洁从业意识,促进重点工程建设项目的全面管理和经济效益的提高.
