1 概述滚珠丝杠综合行程误差是评价滚珠丝杠精度的重要指标。目前滚珠丝杠生产厂大多采用激光动态测量仪来检测滚珠丝杠精度。以ＪＣＳ 0 14型激光动态检查仪为例 ,该仪器采用Ｈｅ Ｎｅ激光波长作为长度测量基准 ,以圆光栅作为角度测量基准。误差曲线由笔式记录仪绘制在坐标纸
1 Overview Ball screw travel error is to evaluate the accuracy of the ball screw an important indicator. At present, ball screw manufacturers mostly use laser dynamic measuring instrument to test ball screw precision. Taking the JCS 0 14 Laser Dynamic Tester as an example, the instrument uses the He Ne laser wavelength as the length measurement reference and the circular grating as the angle measurement reference.
