目的:抽样分析2007~2011年我院儿科病房内空气及物品表面细菌培养的结果,以加强儿科病房医院感染的管理。方法:随机抽取2007~2011年儿科病房空气及物表细菌监测结果 486份进行统计分析。结果:样品合格率为87.04%,其中新生儿暖箱和小儿物品合格率最低,分别为70.45%和70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5年中以2010年度不合格率最高,达24.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中新生儿暖箱不合格率占44.44%。儿科医院致病菌感染以革兰阳性菌为主。结论:针对医院感染的高感染率因素,应采取积极措施,加强管理,做到预防为主,并减少感染发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the results of bacterial culture on the surface of air and articles in pediatric ward from 2007 to 2011 in order to strengthen the management of nosocomial infection in pediatric wards. Methods: A total of 486 monitoring results of air and surface bacteria in pediatric wards were randomly collected from 2007 to 2011 for statistical analysis. Results: The pass rate of samples was 87.04%. The passing rate of incubators and pediatric items was the lowest, 70.45% and 70.83% respectively, with a significant difference (P <0.05). In 5 years, the unqualified rate in 2010 was the highest (24.11%), with a significant difference (P <0.05). Incubation rate of neonator was 44.44%. Pediatric hospital pathogens to gram-positive bacteria. Conclusion: In view of the high infection rate of nosocomial infection, we should take active measures to strengthen management, achieve prevention and reduce the incidence of infection.
