本文在中国众多纺织企业中选择了利英布业这家微型企业为研究对象,旨在和大家共同探讨微型企业利基战略及与之相适应的技术能力。经过一系列实证分析得出:不同的利基战略适用于微型企业不同的发展阶段。流程利基战略适用于企业仿制能力阶段,产品利基战略则适用于企业自主研发创新阶段,这两种战略结合则适用于企业进行创造性模仿的过渡阶段。
In this paper, many Chinese textile enterprises chose Liying cloth micro-enterprise as the research object, and we are all going to discuss micro-enterprise niche strategy and the corresponding technical ability. After a series of empirical analysis, it is concluded that different niche strategies are applicable to different stages of development of micro-enterprises. The process niche strategy is applicable to the enterprise imitation ability stage, while the product niche strategy applies to the enterprise independent research and innovation stage. The combination of these two strategies is applicable to the transition stage of the enterprise’s creative imitation.
