北京市家庭奶制品消费情况的调查分析显示,不同性别消费者对牛奶消费差异基本不显著,不同年龄段消费者对奶制品的消费差异比较显著。“三鹿牌婴幼儿奶粉事件”前后,绝大部分消费者牛奶消费习惯和消费量没有过大变化,北京地区的奶业消费市场已基本复苏。各牛奶品牌中,三元的消费量显著提高,伊利和蒙牛略有下降,但是后两者仍然稳固占据消费市场第1和第2的位置。消费者对国产奶制品仍然持有较高信任度和支持率。
The investigation and analysis of household consumption of dairy products in Beijing shows that there is basically no significant difference in the consumption of milk among different gender consumers, and there is a significant difference in the consumption of dairy products among consumers of different ages. “Sanlu brand infant milk powder incident ” before and after, the vast majority of consumers milk consumption habits and consumption did not change too much, the dairy consumer market in Beijing has basically recovered.
