Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CC7 and CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) in cervical cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods Eighty-two patients with cervical cancer underwent hysterectomy in Shenzhen Shekou People’s Hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the observation group. The other 26 women who underwent cervical screening during the same period were selected as the control group . The expression of CCR7 and CXCR4 in both groups was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between the expression of CCR7 and CXCR4 and clinicopathological features was also analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of CCR7 in the observation group was 58.5%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (26.9%). The positive expression rate of CXCR4 in the observation group was 52.4%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (19.2%), the differences were statistically significant All P <0.05). The positive expression of CCR7 in cervical cancer was related to FIGO staging, tumor diameter, depth of interstitial infiltration and lymph node metastasis (all P <0.05), but not with age, histopathological type, vaginal invasion and uterus There was no significant difference between the two groups (all P> 0.05). The positive expression of CXCR4 was related to the lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but no correlation was found between age, FIGO stage, histopathological type, tumor diameter, depth of interstitial invasion, vaginal invasion and uterine infiltration Significance (both P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of CCR7 and CXCR4 in cervical cancer (P <0.05). Conclusions CCR7 and CXCR4 are highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues, both of which play an important role in the lymphatic metastasis of cervical cancer and are closely related to the prognosis of cervical cancer patients.
